We organize, teach and provide information and equipment, doing everything we can to make the
experience better.
We also provide support and medical equipment for persons with short term injury or disability.

Do you know there are limited blood banks in Chiriquí? BHH organizes blood drives several times a year in Boquete to help fill this urgent need for our community. Being Prepared for
End of Life
Another culture and different laws in Panama! We assist our community with being prepared by having a manual (print or electronic versions) for you, along with offering a workshop on being prepared. This will help outline the steps required to get your end-of-life documentation in order before you meet with your attorney here in Panama.
CPR Training
New classes are offered to the community to learn the techniques for CPR, the Heimlich Maneuver, and use of a defibrillator machine. Learn these emergency skills.
